4. Payment and Refunds

Payments are required as per the agreed schedule. For one-off builds, we offer revisions until you are completely satisfied, or a full refund if we cannot meet the agreed specifications within the initial draft phase. Retainer plans can be cancelled at any time for monthly billing, or non-renewed for annual billing.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Nero Web or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or our services.
